Runner rails are available as standard rails in lengths of 2,400 mm, 3,000 mm, and 3,200 mm. Connectors are selected based on requirements and load. Straight rails in other lengths can also be custom-made upon request.

| Rail Length 3.000 mm | 48kN* max. Load on the rail caused by a trolley |
| Rail Length 2.400mm | 60kN* max. Load on the rail caused by a trolley |
| Moment of resistance | Wy = 217,9 cm³/ Wz = 49,4 cm³ |
| Weight | 34,5 kg/m |
* Tested to ensure at least three times the static safety margin against breakage

The rail profile and rail joint are ideal for rail stations and main lines connecting various operational points. They offer a long service life, even under regularly heavy loads and self-propelled traffic. The pendulum-mounted swing arm ensures that the load is distributed evenly across two suspension points.
| Dynamic load capacity of the connection: | bis 2x 30 kN* |
| Vertical Angulation: | ± 5° |
* Dynamically tested with at least three times the static safety factor against failure, based on 200,000 load cycles

Rails and rail joints are designed for maximum loads and heavily trafficked routes. Due to its high moment of resistance along the z-axis, the rail profile provides excellent resistance to large shear forces—such as those that can occur on steep gradients or during braking and acceleration maneuvers by self-propelled vehicles—without deformation. The pendulum-mounted suspension crossbeam ensures even load distribution across two expansion arches. The Type 05/100-200 and 05/100-600 rail joints are particularly easy to install thanks to their plug-in connections.
| Dynamic Load Capacity of the Connection | bis 2x 50 kN* |
| Vertical Articulation | ± 5° |
| Chain Spacing: | 200 mm |
* Dynamically tested with at least a threefold safety factor (≥ 180 kN) against failure, for 200,000 load cycles.

The rail and rail connector correspond to Type 05/100, but with a bolt spacing of 600 mm. The wide swing arm allows for a higher suspension of the rail in accordance with DIN 20629. Depending on the installation spacing and chain angle, height gains of 210 to 1,140 mm are possible.
| Dynamic LoaCapacity of the Connection | bis 2x 50 kN* |
| Vertical Articulation | ± 5° |
| Chain Spacing: | 600 mm |
* Dynamically tested with at least a threefold safety factor (≥ 300 kN) against failure, for 200,000 load cycles.
